  1. No Cancellations of order/s.
    (Downpayment is non-refundable. If in any case wants to cancel order, the said downpayment will be your fee for cancellation)~

  2. DP (downpayment) is strictly implemented to secure the slot of every order. (30%-50% of the amount)

  3. PAYO of DOWNPAYMENT (30%-50%) for above 1,000php amount of item/s is required for NEW BUYERS and BUYERS with pending payment of items. )*

  4. Rembal is REQUIRED TO BE PAID depending on the terms of which you applied upon filling up the order form. (DOP/INSTALLMENT)

  5. PLEASE PAY ON OR BEFORE the given deadline of payment.
    (There will be 20php penalty fee for those who will not meet the date of payment. )

  6. Buyer’s should be Willing to wait for the items especially for the pre-orders transactions and when its considered under NETA.
    (rest assured that unless stated from the website itself items will always be 4-6 weeks to arrive in PH)

  7. Before FILLING UP the invoice details make sure that you’ll be a responsible buyer and you agree with the terms.

  8. I only allow SHIPPING OF ITEMS on the weekends because I have proper job in the weekdays via J&T Direct and lalamove.

  1. I will not be reliable of how the item’s condition is after giving it to the courier.
    (Bec i usually take photos and videos before sending the items or packing the items.)

  2. Your are required to double check your invoice deets before we ship your items.

  3. You should also be responsible in keeping track of your payment deadline.
    (You can ask me about it right after every payment made to help you set your reminder date.)

  4. NO DP = NO SECURED ITEMS
    NO DP = NO RESERVATION
    NO DP = NO ORDER

  5. OUR SHOP WILL ONLY ALLOW 5,000PHP OF CREDIT LIMIT FOR YOUR REMAINING BALANCE.
    (Upon reaching the CREDIT LIMIT for your remaining balance. You are not allowed to get any reservations or order any item for the time being)

  6. BE MINDFUL THAT UPON PAYING YOUR DOWNPAYMENT / 50% OF YOUR ITEM, THAT’S THE ONLY TIME THAT I WILL PULL OUT YOUR ITEM FROM MY KOREAN SUPPLIER.
    (this is to avoid cancellation of orders or voiding of orders due to credit limit)

  7. I ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE WITH YOUR ORDER/S. IF THE SUPPLIER IS NOT ABLE TO SHIP THE ITEM OR THE PARCEL FROM KOREA GOT LOST I WILL GIVE YOU A REFUND OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ME.

  8. IF I CAN’T SECURE THE SAID ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE I WILL ALSO REFUND THE SAID AMOUNT YOU PAID ME.
    (IF WE AGREE TO TERMS SUCH AS IF YOU DON’T WANT TO GET THE ITEM ANYMORE INCASE THERE WAS A SECOND BATCH OF ORDERS.)

  9. ETAs are always subjective to our discussions in the group chats or in the facebook page announcements so kindly check every now and then for some announcements. I will make sure to announce it on our page before doing some discussions with my buyers.

  • PLEASE TAKE VIDEOS AND PHOTOS OF YOUR ITEMS UPON OPENING INCASE OF REFUND. NO EDITED PHOTOS WILL BE ENTERTAINED. REFUNDS (for damaged items) ARE ONLY SUBJECT TO HAPPEN IF AND ONLY IF PROVEN THERE ARE DAMAGES BEFORE I SHIP THE ITEMS. BUYER IS REQUIRED TO RETURN THE ITEM/S UPON DECIDING ABOUT REFUND.

  • Take note that Fail of Paying on time and exceeding 500php of penalty (equivalent to 3 weeks and 5 days) / fail of paying your full Item's Price for a month is equivalent to non-refundable cancelled order.
